That’s actually the opposite. He’s saying that this type of person sees good human decency and behavior and gets outraged and upset by it for whatever reason to the extent they need to act on it. Ex) The Grinch
That is not what he is saying at all. He is saying "they" (anyone following HQ) do not believe in human decency at all and it's against "their" way of life. This sort of thinking and stereotyping is why there are so many divides in the Magic community.
