Isn't that what the Masters sets are supposed to be? Or are you thinking White Border reprints of necessary cards?
Chronicles is rad because there are cards in there that are $.50 as opposed to $50. Masters sets drive prices in random directions being $10 packs and that just induces premium priced thinking as opposed to lowering prices. Demand and chase cards are always a thing in masters.
