Advice I just gave a writer friend: Don't have a trans woman as a murder victim. Trans women hate that. Trans man should be fine tho.

It's well known (though underreported) that female same-sex relationships have the same rate of domestic violence & rape as straight ones.
And nothing in the link to suggest the trans men were victims of men, so not sure where you got that?
