I've done so much yoga and body positivity exercises, none of which ever helped, that I'd cheerfully burn all yoga studios to the ground.

I take responsibility for my choice to start hormones, change my name, use new pronouns. I won't blame docs or therapists if I get it wrong.

But ofc I also didn't start hormones as a 19 year old with no life experience. People don't know what they don't know until they know it.
