You're saying Bernie's gun votes were like Clinton's completely cynical (and ineffective!) betrayal of my core values on health care.

Didn't mention Clinton, but yeah you're doing the thing I allude to here: ascribing a moral value to one vote you don't like but not another

I ascribe a moral value to both. I personally care more about sick poor people than about reducing suicides, although both are important.

You may or may not be, but Clinton isn't- she thinks building sweatshops is an appropriate use of disaster relief in Haiti.

Again, Clinton is a private citizen now but if that's your metric, neither is Sanders "progressive"

Sanders is/was an imperfect candidate. Stein (who I voted for in the general) even more so. I'm as much a pragmatic, strategic voter as any.
