I'd enjoy it if it were true bc that's something I've personally found annoying, but I'd say false. LGBTQ community is pretty solidly Dem.

No I realize the party affiliation is mostly dem, I just mean are activists getting tired of Politicians taking over parades, rally's, etc.?

If they are I'm not aware of it. I've seen signs that folks are fed up with commercialism in Pride, but not this.
