Okay, going to serious for a moment: I agree with & support the comparison between Comey/Trump and rape victims, as a rape victim.

First bc it just rings true to me, psychologically. When I was raped I froze/tacitly allowed things that in retrospect I could have fought.
I spent yrs regretting the choices I made. Why didn't I call police when he said he had my ID with my address and was going to come over?

Why didn't ordering a new ID make more sense in the moment than letting a stranger who gave me a bad vibe into my apartment?

It makes no sense- the only honest answer is that I was intimidated, not thinking straight, and showed cowardice.
