Disappointed to have wasted my time reading this. Nothing about any studies, just a pile of anecdotes and bias. And from 2014?

As the authors say, the quality of evidence of the studies was low - no controls, self-report, and not randomized.

Don't worry- I have a study that completely proves all my claims. I'm not telling you the authors name or what journal it was in but srsly.

Excuse me? What does this have to do with you my comments on a study you linked to? You know better than this.

Nah, mine was merely an example of an article that discusses a study, to show you what one looks like.

You're so good at criticizing research methods and demanding rigor, but if you post claptrap it undermines your credibility completely.
