Disappointed to have wasted my time reading this. Nothing about any studies, just a pile of anecdotes and bias. And from 2014?

2014 is recent enough for studies, there aren't new ones out there.

As the authors say, the quality of evidence of the studies was low - no controls, self-report, and not randomized.

Don't worry- I have a study that completely proves all my claims. I'm not telling you the authors name or what journal it was in but srsly.
