I didn't know any trans people growing up, or in college, and so my first exposure was hearing about trans people as a political issue.

Of course irony is that a lot of non trans men also feel they aren't masculine enough. To me, Feminism sheds light on these issues.

Yes, of course. My insecurities about appearing insufficiently masculine just made me more like other men, if anything, not less.

It's also surprising how gender conservative ppl are. I'm not trans & I'm short, but often mistaken as male cos of gender presentation.
