      Always up for this. If gender ID is trivial/chosen (I don't believe it is), then stop raising female children as girls. Transition yourself.

      No logical reason not to. If gender is socially constructed only and being trans is a choice (it's not), then do it rather than stop others.

      I experienced dysphoria, not "the feeling of being a gender". When I learned more about medical options I decided to try hormone therapy.

      ..no doubt, but nonetheless a choice. In ur writings, u make clear u felt strong aversion 2 ur body- but not an internal ID w/another sex.

      I didn't choose to feel dysphoria, so not your point. My condition was treatable, so I treated it, w transition. I'm a trans man.

      Nowhere did I suggest that. Again, 1 U didnt FEEL or WANT @ BE MALE 2 U felt DISCOMFORT w/ur BODY 3 U TRANSITIOND to MALE presentation.

      3. SURGICALLY & HORMONALLY/CHEM TRNSITIONED to CHANGE those aspects of ur BODY which u didn't like. #3 is the 'Choice' to which I refer.

      I researched this with the help of medical and psychiatric professionals, and we came up with a course of treatment.

          I "chose" as much as a cancer patient "chooses" chemo over therapy over doing nothing.

          Options other than transition wouldn't have resolved my symptoms. Now a healthy trans man rather than an unhealthy one per-transition.
