A big part of why I'm an unaffiliated voter is because the system seems broken. Electing HRC was never going to help fix it.

I'm not happy Trump won, but the creep away from representative democracy predates him. He's a symptom of the same disease that nommed HRC.

Not just 3 million voters who had no impact on the process- a lot more than that. Only a handful of votes "counted" and everyone knows it.
