Perhaps a tour where you meet & talk to poor kids and teenagers before you conclude that yr back row kids are stupid or lazy
Our system does not find and promote talent and intelligence. It recreates class. Tons of "front row" are boring and dumb.

Tons of "back row" are creative and interesting. Meritocracy is great. We don't have one.
