A spokesperson saying Clinton applauds Obama is not her saying "I support measures to achieve bathroom access."
But, I'd describe myself as interested in what she'll do, not as calling for her to do anything.

In politics, statements like these are carefully worded. It's not an accidental oversight- she's holding back.
