      The problem with the trans brain sex theory is it's based on a small number of studies that haven't been replicated w/ small sample sizes

      @transphilosophr Absolutely true. The transgender phenomenon may or may not have a pre-natal underpinning. The question is open.

      @v_urq Ask a cis woman "What is your gender?" they say "I'm a woman" -Ask a trans woman "What is your gender?" they say "im a woman" no dif.

      @transphilosophr Late transitioner comes to you. Ask them their gender id, they say male. Ask their sexual orientation, they say lesbian.

          @v_urq I'd say that they are likely confused about the sex/gender distinction between "male" refers to sex whereas ID is about gender
