      @emily_esque @kpowell3000 Objective reality- gets back to my earlier comment. We know trans men are men b/c of words and feelings.

      @emily_esque @kpowell3000 To go beyond that is advocacy. Advocacy I believe in but don't expect all journalists to have to engage in.

      @v_urq It's not fucking advocacy to say trans women are women and trans men are men. @emilybazelon couldn't bring herself to do that.
