6 For me it depends on whether it's clear that the term "medical condition" relates to your own experience. If you'd be claiming to speak for all trans people, it would be unfollow-worthy.

I am a bit wary because of the weaponization of medical...ness(?) for trans ppl- but id def be interested in reading it. Sorry, I know that helps not at all.
