You have no idea how uncommon the use of puberty blockers in pediatrics has been. Tertiary referral center rare. Lots of side effects. Only used in extreme cases.

Evan also appears to be unaware that if you go down the citation rabbit hole on "puberty blockers are reversible", it ends with no scientific studies at all supporting it and a couple that don't.
