Transmascs aren't asking for more visibility because we'd like more representation (though we would), or because invisibility in our own community hurts (though it does).
We're asking because we have unique needs that are going unmet, there are unique prejudices that target us, and our community has unique strengths that we can contribute, in solidarity, to help free us all.
