      i dont think ill ever forget when someone was talking to my mom about my transition and they said "well you know that hes not doing it for attention because he used to be so pretty" or something along these line

      and if anything i feel so much more beautiful now that i transitioned and i hated myself so much before coming out? and it showed? i think people just equate trans to ugly and cis to normal when like.... yikes

      I feel much more confident and attractive too- I'm old, I'm stout, I'm freakishly short, but I finally feel like I can look in the mirror or take a selfish and enjoy it!
