I did a fun (for me) science thread, but I promised I'd do a thread about trans men, virilismia, and the stigma against ugly women, so let's go! To start out: Are you a trans man whose spent some part of your life being perceived as an ugly woman? What do you make of that?

i dont think ill ever forget when someone was talking to my mom about my transition and they said "well you know that hes not doing it for attention because he used to be so pretty" or something along these line

i feel like when people say "but youre so pretty" to trans men so they dont get on t it feel like theyre actually saying "i value your looks and weither or not people want to fuck you over you staying alive or being happy"
