Unfortunately, seeing trans men as clever tricksy sexism-escape artists comes with an obvious downside: It leads inexorably to the question: Why shouldn't other women then follow us.

The most logical outcome of TERF beliefs (that sex can't change, gender dysphoria isn't real, sexism is oppressive, and transition is a shallow cosmetic measure) is that all women can and should simply transition and live as men.

The knots they twist themselves into to avoid that outcome are stunning to behold, but ultimately they rest on the damage to women's fertility transition entails. (mutilation, damaging healthy female bodies, breastfeeding not chestfeeding, etc)

So, somehow, these supposed feminists end up in a posture that women's bodies exist to incubate children, damaging that is unnatural and any woman who would do so is a delusional victim giving up the most important part of womanhood.
