They ranged from valuable antiques to crap she bought at walmart the day before, but each one was given special care and value. Her favorites were given the privelege of being carefully posed in her pristinely arranged sitting rooms (no humans allowed)... continued

They would not be fed that day. If they protested, they would be intructed to eat from the dogs bowl. If they refused, they would get time out in a large chain-link dog kennel she kept out back... with the dogs....
