I continue to think the main prob w teachers' unions is that every worker doesn't have a strong union w the power to keep them safe. Imagine how much better off we'd be if intransigent *everyone's* unions kept folks at home and forced concession after concession to come back?
You ever wonder what could have had the power to force government at all levels to take coronavirus safety seriously and put Aussie or European level measures in place? Imagine everyone being unionized, at all levels of society, and it would have been done.
