Parts of it are. Being encouraged to have empathy and be kind and think of others and not hurt people is great- but you can have too much of a good thing. And, on the other hand, male socialization sounds really brutal. But there are some aspects that are a bit easier/more fun.
Presuned girls are often taught to be kind and nurturing even when it's harmful for them. And presumed boys get taught anger is the only acceptable emotion.
