Absolutely. I think it's also easier for trans people to talk about? Like the social penalties for talking about being a cis girl who was an aggressive child, or a cis boy who was emotionally expressive are higher for cis people.
Just as intensely suppressing every sign of femininity also hurts cis boys, its absolutely true that socializing aggression out of girls hurts them too. I was bad at learning all the expected social behaviours, so it's a bit tricky for me to parse out. I do think most of my bossiness was forced into this particular "assertive woman" model that never really felt right.
