i'm talking specifically about the app they want you to use for telehealth appointments, Planned Parenthood Direct. my local clinic has always been really good to me. i thought it would be easier/save some time to do this remote, but all it's done is ruin my morning.
I guess I haven't used Planned Parenthood Direct- seems weird that it would be so far behind the local clinics but just goes to show you can never count on anything as a trans person.
