I use PP and I'm pretty sure they only ask legal name and have space for preferred name? Always assumed they needed the legal name for some sort of legal reasons.

i'm talking specifically about the app they want you to use for telehealth appointments, Planned Parenthood Direct. my local clinic has always been really good to me. i thought it would be easier/save some time to do this remote, but all it's done is ruin my morning.

I guess I haven't used Planned Parenthood Direct- seems weird that it would be so far behind the local clinics but just goes to show you can never count on anything as a trans person.
