As it turns out, many cis lesbians do actually want to date trans women. Some don't- which is completely fine- but even then, most aren't looking to make a big weird stink about which of their friends or their friends' partners are allowed in which spaces.

In my experience lesbian spaces go way out of their way to be inclusive while spaces for gay men are rampantly and routinely transphobic

It's honestly kind of mind blowing seeing this. I've always just noped the fuck away from anyone that might be a cis lesbian for fear of transphobia, being called predatory, etc so to see this support from Her is... well it doesn't fit into my schema

Kind of sad really. I know I'm far from the only one who would just rather not risk it because of all the transmisogyny we get constantly online that becomes internalised :/
