Here's a free idea for the Biden team: Why not cancel all debt to community colleges and state colleges and universities? That way we can be 100 percent certain not a single dollar goes to the Ivies and their grads, without any arbitrary dollar amount caps.

Yeah, my phrasing was a little off- but I think the point stands. If they don't want to forgive any rich kid debt, forgiving all debt to community colleges and state schools would do that.
