In addition to descheduling T, increased increasing locations where HRT is offered helps transmascs more than others (bc DIY isn't as good a backup). Again, I've tried to get my script covered. My insurance is good, and my state at the time required transition care to be covered, but I gave up in frustration after being given the runaround. We're lucky that T is relatively inexpensive, so self pay is possible for most.
