If you see a story in the "activism going too far" mode and understand the activists/goals in question, you can always see the logic. But there's no trans activism to remove 'breast' from the English language. Literally none. There are no trans rights goals this addresses.

If a story says the words men and women in some document are being replaced by "people" well, that passes the smell test. We can argue about whether it's good or not. If the story says a hospital is telling pregnant cis women about "chestfeeding"? No chance. Did not happen.
