That's exactly how it played out for me as I read your thread - my mind immediately went "but breasts is gender neutral, the only people 'chest' would help are... trans men who... oooh I get it now!" and that's how I narrowly avoided being an idiot.

Yeah I'm not proud of how I also managed to somehow skip right past "alternative, not replacement" on my first read through but hey, I got there in the end and managed to keep my mouth shut and fingers still until I did! Incredible!
