If any drug results in an unfair sport advantage it shouldn't be used. It is a sad situation but life or mental health trump a sport event.
So, trans men can't compete against women because it would be unfair, and they can't compete against men for... no reason?

If taking testosterone, not produced by the body, then it would be doping. So I guess that is one reason I don't see how one can work arround.

Cis men take tests to show if they're doping above natural levels of testosterone. Trans men can take, and pass, the same tests with the same levels. So, where's the doping?
