      No. Men and women are sex classes, both men and women can be masculine or feminine, but being masculine or feminine doesn't change your sex.

      Since no stranger who looks at me thinks I'm a woman, should I perhaps have to wear some sort of identifier so people know not to think I'm a man by mistake? For instance, you could make me wear a pink triangle to make sure everyone know that sex cannot be changed & I'm a woman.

          Strangers who see me, see a man. I can't use women's bathrooms without causing confusion and distress, I couldn't play on a woman's sports team. Forcing me to live as a woman would take extreme coercive measures. I'm wondering if you're up for that. If not, socially, I'm a man.
