I'm still extremely angry about the attempted coup and the failure of our system to adequately meet the challenges it presents to our long term prospects for democracy.

I'm even angrier because I don't even believe in jailing people, or in stable status quo centrist Democratic presidencies? But like, given our current system and the threats it faces it seems like those are the best options for the present and WE CAN'T EVEN GET THEM RIGHT.
