is it still a trans thing if you're basically fine with your body, so long as nobody calls it a woman or expects woman things from it? is social dysphoria a thing? i could Google this, but i find talking to search results to be more confusing than helpful

Social dysphoria is a thing! I think the minimum number of interventions a person needs for comfort is ideal, since medical treatment comes with risks. Ideally the social environment would be so trans affirming that no one felt pressure to have more interventions than that.
