It’s not a monetary price in the U.K NHS is free at the point of delivery. There is only one lower team in the UK. There is the NHS penis & that’s the only penis you are getting. The waiting list is getting longer & the techniques aren’t keeping with international best practice.
i would be interested to see where there is ( sensible ) discussion of thins , as much of the slagging off of NHS lower surgery results for trans women is out of date / or focused on a belief that a vaginal vault much deeper than cis is required )
