Honestly, the problem here is that the ideological group of detransitioned women intentionally seek to conflate themselves with all detransitioners, then turn around and are OUTRAGED when you point out that it's two seperate groups.https://twitter.com/e_urq/status/1354166772602175488 …

It was fairly clear from the context that you were referring to a specific group of detrans women. There's really no easy concise way to name that specific community. I tend to be more specific when I name that group but I can get why a person would opt for a simpler label.

I tend to say "radical feminist detrans women's community" but even that's an oversimplification because not everyone in that community is a rad fem, including some very influential folks in that scene. People need to realize that labels stand in for more complicated realities

For the purposes of twitter, that feels a bit too long for me, which is why I figured it would be useful to write a thread explaining who I mean when I say "detransitioned women" as opposed to the more general detransitioners.

If this community were to choose a unique nameI'd gladly use it, but my sense is they don't want anyone distinguishing between them as a political/ideological group and all detransitioners.
