A detransitioner is simple- anyone who medically transitioned at some point and then returned to living as their AGAB for any reason, including people who still ID as trans and live as their AGAB due to social stigma or financial hardship.

A re-transitioner would be someone who detransitioned and then transitioned again, again for any reason.

A detransitioned woman is much more specific. This describes a member of a small community of detransitioners who believes that either all trans men or the vast majority of trans men are suffering from internalized misogyny...

...that transition is not an effective treatment for gender dysphoria, that confronting internalized misogyny is, and (usually) that trans women are predatory fetishists and transphobic politics can protect women from both trans women and their own desire to become men.
