same. i was off for nearly a year. i'm coming up on two years of HRT on March 13th, but i actually first started in August of 2017, was on for four or five months, and wound up unable to afford it for over a year. and what a miserable time that was.
it's weird, bc the first month or two of adjusting to not being on the meds is physically and mentally and emotionally nightmarish, but then your body gets used to it again... and then you start losing whatever progress you made, and you miss what you used to have. just awful.
