I think I've said it very clearly. Women and girls are at primary risk in their homes and bedrooms, from family members and acquaintances. Focusing on fantasies of stranger rape suppresses the understanding and ability to address the very real problem you claim to care about.
I'm further saying that focusing on this tiny but sensationalized risk of stranger rape in public restrooms takes resources and attention away from the real risk of a known-rapist in the home, which you don't seem to agree with but I'm not sure why.
