Ive only ever seen it used in trans spaces to discuss the unique harms affecting trans women and people who seek to transition to a more feninine expression. I feel like its incredibly relevant with more nonbinary people who were afab and present as feminine and ID as trans.
I have no problem with talking about transmisogyny as a unique type of transphobia. But saying TME people do this TME people do that? That's group stereotyping that lumps trans men in with cis women and THAT is, frankly, unacceptable.

I would say in response that that sounds more like venting than any real critique intended to be taken seriously. I dont really care to police trans womens choice of language when theyre talking about something i can't and don't experience.
