Not really, I mean, sometimes people have to speak to skeptical journalists if they want their side of a story to be told. Being skeptical of a source surely can't disqualify me. Unless you're saying they don't trust me because I'm trans?

Surely you'll appreciate that I've come under harsher criticism from the same community I believe words like "delusional" have even been used? And yet, I'd gladly listen to their point of view. Why wouldn't I expect that they would be equally willing to engage with me?

My view is a professional journalist is someone who can express themselves in ways that don’t come close to mocking, belittling & dismissing the views/experience of others, even if there’s strong disagreement on key issues. Your posts don’t reflect that. If you had posted/

being harsh on your professional abilities as a journalist, but when you ask someone to speak publicly about something so personal and often painful, it takes a lot to have trust that your words, your experience & your truth will be fairly represented. Straight off, you fail /
