I think my record of scupulously ethical, well researched, and factual journalism speaks for itself, Sarah. Would you believe I've never once had a source complain about being misquoted or treated unfairly in my reporting thus far? It's true!
I think that, respectfully, the same reasons detransitioners distrust me is why my sources trust me- my history of not being afraid to tell the truth is why those with an inside view of the truth know that I'll get their story out.

And, to be honest, I think people still in that community know it too. If they could dispute my facts, they could kill my story before it runs. The way to hurt me most would be by proving my facts wrong. Not taking that opportunity suggests something else is going on.

I can't force anyone to talk to me, and I'd never try. But I can offer people a fair and honest chance to destroy my story by showing me my facts are wrong. That's what I'm offering. There's still time to take me up on that if anyone has the ability to do so.

What is the ‘truth’ of detransitioners’ experiences that you are trying to get out, while not being seen as trustworthy to this group? Going by your posts, you see those experiences as a personal affront.

Oh no, can't scoop myself. You'll have to read about it in my piece like everyone else!
