A commenter on my Elliott Page piece brought up this idea that womanhood is narrowing, because anyone with a gender bending presentation is encouraged to become a trans man. I'd like to address this.https://slate.com/human-interest/2020/12/elliot-page-trans-lesbian-divide.html …

But that doesn't mean nontraditional presentations are unavailable for non-dysphoric people, just that nondysphoric folks aren't as likely to have chosen them in the first place.

If you like being a gender nonconforming woman, be one. No one is stopping you. No one needs you to transition. Many of us first realized we were trans men when dressing in men's clothes and being perceived as women. If you feel no dysphoria that has nothing to do with you.

(And If you do feel dysphoria... well, hon, that was me once. I felt "pressure" to transition JUST BECAUSE I hated being female and wished to be male and seeing that other people were transitioning was making it harder and harder to cling to my reasons for not doing it to.)
