Who knew Tevya was even the main character? Not me at 14, that's for sure. I thought for sure it was a story about teen love, and the difficulties of dealing with parents who don't understand how important teen love really is.

Re-watching Fiddler on the Roof as a father of teens is a disorienting experience, and one I recommend to anyone who hasn't watched it since they were a teen or pre-teen.
