I used to just say what I think, and if I had a counterpoint to someone's assertion, I'd just say it. But now I'm hyper conscious of which group my counterpoints will assist overall. So if I reflexively disagree with something, if saying so could add to GC power, I stay silent.
This kind of thing is why I follow you- I was never full GC, just GC-lite, but I came to the same conclusion. Sometimes my nuance and reasoned positions will end up being harmful. For now, at least. One day, when acceptance is mainstream, the time will come.
