As individuals, detransitioners are often very nice people with understandable stories. But the purpose of people bringing attention to detransitioners and amplifying their stories is to take advantage of trans men's invisibility to discredit and deny us.

So what % desist or detransition How small a group are they

They're not small in numbers, in fact this 'group' is growing. Especially since the 4400% increase of young women transing into men. Scores of them are coming to terms with the fact they are same sex attracted lesbians. I personally know dozens of them.

Show me any evidence you have that detransition rates are unusual compared to rates of efficacy for treatments of other conditions.

Do your own research! And stop demanding and work on respecting others with different realities then yours. Using transition to steer away young lesbian and gay youth from being same sex attracted is real! Particularly for young girls. Parents like having trans kids but not gay?

I have done my own research, lol. The medical evidence says detransition is rare, transition treatment is effective and well tolerated by the overwhelming majority of patients, said surgery regret is less common than with cosmetic procedures.

If you're going to claim these myths are true, I'd like to see what evidence you're using bc it's certainly not normal medical evidence since that overwhelmingly supports the efficacy of transition.
