Thanks. I'm not in a recruiting position but recruiting is same dept. I do partner with other agencies and was thinking of trying to do a joint training, at the very least starting by being a partner to the agencies who primarily focus on lgbtq+ services
families could be where they thrive. Any suggestions for outreach and recruitment?Yeah, I think local LGBTQ orgs where you are would be a good start. Maybe try your local PFLAG, even though they're for parents of LGBTQ kids rather than LGBTQ parents- since they're geared towards outreach to parents at least it's the right age group.

yeah they are one of the ones that I wanted to work with at least for some of our straight foster parents especially who are fostering lgbtq children.
