I'm tired of people acting like "medication can have side effects" is a ground breaking insight. I'm tired of people pretending 100% correct, error-free diagnosis and 100% side-effect-free medication is the norm in medicine, is a reasonable standard for transition related care.

You realise that detransitioned trans men had to have once have been trans men? Which means that trans men probably should think about how they will feel about amputations, permanent loss of fertility & possibly needing to be medicated for life if they later don’t believe in it.
